Hunting Report
We wanted to create a page to keep you all up to date on how our guests
have been faring this hunting season, so here it is! We have provided the date,
method of hunting, and vital statistics for each of our successful hunters this year.

5/3 - Greta, thinking she has stumbled on to the granddaddy of ruffed
grouse! |

1st turkey ever registered in
Pittsburg. 2007 was the first hunting season for turkeys in Pittsburg. |
10/23 - Chuck, Tom, Greta and Rudy with a limit of Montana roosters. In five
hours of hunting we put up approximately 75 birds, with many great points
and tracks. |
10/26 - Tom with a sage hen. In addition to this one, we saw at least 20
other sage grouse and easily 40 sharptail grouse in nearly three hours of
hunting. Rudy was spectacular, especially on the sharptails and Greta
excelled on the sage grouse. |
MONTANA
2007 |
10/24 - TTL guide Ken Dionne (on left) with a nice bull taken on the fifth
day of the 2007 hunt. Ken and Todd worked hard for this bull, as the first
days of the hunt were very rainy. It had a 54" spread, weight unknown, as it
was quartered and packed out. |
11/14 - Long time TTL guest
Robert Nichols took a 150 lb. doe on opening day of the rifle season.
Congratulations Bob!
11/15 - Joe Cirino took a 118 lb. five year old doe. Nice
job Joe!
