| Jan 6 - Putt arrives at Tall Timber to kick off
another sure to be sensational year of angling.......shortly after, Putt, Cindy and John
successfully land and release some rainbows at the logging
bridge. What a country! |
| April 27 - Putt lands 30+ fish at the logging
bridge. Upwards of 45 fish on the day. The salmon are running in the 1st Lake Inlet. The
next day, Putt lands 4 salmon. |
| April 27 - Andrew Zukowski lands a 4+ pound brown. He plans on
getting it mounted. |

| May 1 - Mike Risley releases
more than a dozen rainbows on Back Lake. Mike was using a Super Duper lure. |
| May 3 - Cindy releases a
beautiful brown and rainbow south of the village. |
| May 7 - Dick and Judy Felone have a sensational
day on Back Lake. They reported that Yellow Hornbergs were working best. |
| May 8 - Pete Diemand lands a 3 lb. brookie on Back Lake. He
told me he would send a photo soon!! |

| May 10 - Cindy telephones Putt..."Get up
here...the salmon are in the inlet!" May 11 - Putt arrives - listens to the loons,
claims to have eaten too much, and as an added bonus - catches some salmon. |
| May 16 - Pat McGinn lands a 4 lb. 1 oz. Brookie at Moose Pond.
Click on his photo for a larger image. The next day, Pat emailed us with the following
message: "What a great trip. The picture on the net only shows the one that I am
going to mount. The other two were released. One 20 inch long
(not as heavy) and an additional 18 1/2 inch brookie. The one that broke the line was the
one we really wanted. We had it to the boat several times but it was not going to give up
in this lifetime. I'll be back for him. Well, one day, 4 large fish, and at least 20 small
ones - (good day of fishing). Your place is great and we all had a great time. Thanks,
Pat." |

| May 16 - Pat McGinn's fishing partner, Dick Hamann follows
with an 18 3/4", 3 lb. 4 oz. Brookie! Also caught at Moose Pond. |

| May 20 - Russ Moore lands a Brown and 3 Brook Trout over 2
pounds on the Trophy Stretch! This 18" Brookie weighed 2 lbs. 14 oz. and is headed
for Russ's smoker! All other fish were released! |

| May 26 - Pat Violette lands and releases
a 22 inch, 4 lb. 5 oz. Brown that he caught off of Tall Timber's dock! |

| May 27 - Jim McKerley lands a 2 3/4 lb. Brook Trout at Back
Lake. |
|
| May 28 - Pat Violette lands 3 trout in the 3 pound range! This
one was bleeding too much ( 3 lb. 1 oz.) to release, the other two however will be caught
and hopefully released another day. Pat's fishing partner, Geoff Mason also caught and released
a 3 1/2 lb. Brookie! They were up last September and did just as well! Geoff said he'd be
sending up a photo. |
