Tall Timber's "Bess"

"Bess" is a peaceful retreat nestled among the balsam and hemlock along the southwestern shore of Back Lake, on Spooner Road. Other resorts in our area claim to have the finest accommodations in Pittsburg, but do they measure up to Tall Timber's Bess?

The gas fireplaced great room is highlighted by a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, skylights and clerestory windows. Every room takes full advantage of the expansive views and is centered around the large lakeside deck, leading to the private boat dock. The master bedroom has a full bath with an inviting two-person whirlpool tub overlooking the lake. The second bedroom also has a full bath.


Bess is completely furnished, including: a 37" LCD Satellite HDTV featuring HBO, Cinemax, NESN and ComCast SportsNet with over 85 High Definition channels including the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins; VCR and DVD Player; 20" Satellite televisions in the master and guest bedrooms; six speaker stereo system with CD player; all linens; laundry room; portable phone system with handsets in the great room, master bedroom and guest bedroom; stainless steel gas BBQ grill on the deck; and a fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, microwave and dishwasher.

Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom with a plush pillowtop mattress, a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The maximum number of guests is 6.
