Lodge Rooms

The main lodge houses eight cozy, air-conditioned rooms on the second floor. Four of the rooms have private baths with TV, phone and DVD player, and the other four rooms share two baths; two rooms per bathroom. Most rooms have one double and one twin bed, however, room #6 has one double and two twin beds, and room #7 has one double bed. Many of our regular guests prefer the lodge since they can come downstairs for breakfast or dinner without getting dressed for the weather outdoors, and since it is quite economical they often extend their vacations

Rustic Log Cabins & Luxury Cottages

In addition to guest accommodations in the main lodge, we also offer a wide range of comfortably furnished two to four bedroom cabins and luxury cottages. Cathedral ceilings, gas fireplaces, barbecue grills, fully equipped kitchens, VCRs/DVDs, stereos with CD players and Jacuzzis are among the available amenities. Private porches and decks provide scenic views of Back Lake and the surrounding hills.

On the Tall Timber property, we have fifteen cabins and two apartments on the lower level of the main lodge (view site map). Maple #1 is our largest cabin, with four bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, two-person Jacuzzi, and stereo with CD player. Our newly renovated Gramp's cabin has a two-person Jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen in addition to the idyllic view of the lake pictured at left while our only two bedroom lakefront cabin with a gas fireplace, Tamarack #6, boasts a double Jacuzzi as well. Our newest luxury log cabin, Aspen, is almost an exact replica of Evergreen, a combination of comfort and efficiency with its great room, double Jacuzzi and gas fireplace. All the cabins and apartments are very comfortably furnished, have cable TV with VCRs and all except cabins Juniper #10, Poplar #11, Aspen, Evergreen and Chuck’s Cabin are directly on the lake. Most have fully equipped kitchens, and three have fireplaces.

Located a short distance away from the Tall Timber property are "Bess" and "Angler’s Cove", the Connecticut Lakes Region's finest accommodations. Both are two bedroom and two bath luxury cottages with gas fireplace, two-person Jacuzzi, cable TV with VCR, stereo with CD player, laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Beautifully furnished and maintained, they truly are peaceful, relaxing, comfortable retreats. A favorite of honeymooners!
