Directions to Tall Timber

Tall Timber Lodge is located on Beach Road, on the northern shore of Back Lake in Pittsburg.

From Manchester, NH: North on I-93 past Franconia Notch. Take Exit 35 to Route 3 North all the way to Pittsburg. Approximately 180 miles and 3¼ to 3½ hours.

From Boston, MA: North on I-93 past Franconia Notch. Exit 35 to Route 3 North all the way to Pittsburg. Approximately 230 miles and 4½ hours.

From New York City: North on I-95 to New Haven; then North on I-91 to Exit 20 in St. Johnsbury, VT; then Route 2 to Lancaster, NH; then Route 3 North to Pittsburg. Approximately 415 miles and 8 hours.

Once you arrive in the village of Pittsburg, you have two options to travel to Tall Timber. Shortly sfter a church and across from the town park you will see a "Top Gas" sign at the Trading Post Country Store, from there you can:

Turn left onto Back Lake Road and continue for approximately 2 ½ miles until you see the Tall Timber sign on the corner of Beach Road, bear right, and continue a short distance to Tall Timber; or you can,
Continue straight on Route 3 North for approximately 3 ½ miles until you see the Tall Timber sign on the corner of Beach Road, turn left and continue on Beach Road for one mile to Tall Timber.
