We offer a day
pass for golf at the scenic Panorama Course, a beautiful championship 18 hole
layout designed by Donald Ross in 1912. The rate is $60 per person and includes
your greens fees and cart rental, a substantial savings over the regular $87
rate for non-hotel players. Add on individual passes to your stay at Tall
Timber or take advantage of our "Fish & Chips" Package
listed below. This is a great course with fantastic views, at the historic
Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, a
definite jewel of the north country!

reservation, you must request
the "Fish & Chips" package.
- Accommodations are subject to availability
and are priced above for Rooms 5, 7 and 8 only. The Rooms have a private
bath, 20" LCD TV with DVD player and air conditioning. However, if Rooms 5,
7 and 8 are not available or an alternate Room is desired, other Rooms with
different amenities can be substituted and the Room rate will be prorated
accordingly. For example: Friday and Saturday nights in Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4
would be $410 and Room 6 would be $480; and, One midweek night in Rooms 1,
2, 3 and 4 would be $260.
- The three course dinner for two includes
choice of soup or salad, entree, dessert, coffee and soda. No substitutions.
- Maid service gratuity, dining room
gratuity, alcoholic beverages and NH state tax is not included.
- Dining reservations are highly recommended
and should be made at the same time while making your room reservations.
- Tee times can be made by our front desk
staff several days before you plan on playing.

be prorated accordingly. For example: One midweek night in Silver
Birch would be $320; Friday and Saturday nights

Angler's Cove would be $1,020; and, Two midweek nights in Balsam would be
