Positions currently available: Housekeeping Staff, Chef, Prep Cook, Busser, Breakfast Cook, Breakfast Waitstaff, Dinner Waitstaff, Host/Hostess, Bartender and Dishwasher.
Attention High School Students!
Days: Weekdays and Weekends.
Hours: Approximately 15 - 18 per week (7:30-11:30 am).
Pay: Base pay of $3.65 per hour plus tips.
Duties: Handle all normal duties associated with being a server; wash breakfast dishes;
setting up the dining room following breakfast for the dinner shift.
Days: Weekdays and Weekends.
Hours: Approximately 15 - 30 per week (7:00-11:30 am).
Pay: Negotiable
Duties: Handle all normal duties associated with being a Breakfast Cook.

Tall Timber Lodge Is One

Days: Positions available all week.
Hours: Approximately 10-30 hours per week depending on full or part-time (8:00-1:00?).
Pay: Hourly wage is based on full or part-time. Monthly bonus based on total hours
worked in addition to hourly wage. One week's paid vacation after 1 year for full-time
staff.
Duties: All duties associated with servicing, restocking, and cleaning cabins and
lodge units; cleaning luxury cottages for additional compensation; maintain a clean and
safe work area; spring & fall cleaning and general maintenance hours in slower
periods.
Rainbow Grille Dinner Waitstaff

Days: Positions Wednesday through Sunday evening. All Year. Closed for one month during
early April to early May.
Hours: Depends on days desired.
Pay: $2.65 per hour plus tips.
Duties: Handle all normal duties associated with being a server.
Rainbow Grille Part-Time Dinner Hostess
Earn Great Part-Time
Money Being Part Of One Of The Most Respected Restaurants In Northern New Hampshire!
Days: Positions Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday evening.
Hours: Depends on days desired.
Pay: $7.00 per hour plus tips (18+ years old in order to serve alcohol)
Duties: Handle all normal duties associated with being a hostess.

Sunday evening. Breakfast availability also, if desired.

Full or Part-Time Chef
The Executive Chef, David Caron, is looking for a full or
part-time chef. This is
a great opportunity for a chef looking to gain experience
at an acclaimed restaurant, or for an experienced and versatile chef looking for

We are looking for a versatile Prep-Cook that will be able to
prepare salads and cold appetizers one night, and make pizzas, quesadillas and

Tall Timber Lodge and the Rainbow Grille offer several opportunities for responsible, hardworking high school students 16 years of age or older. Pittsburg and Canaan High School students currently work as weekend housekeeping staff, weekend breakfast waitstaff, weekend and evening dishwashers, and if you're 18 years old you can earn great tips as a part of the Rainbow Grille waitstaff team.
