Lodging Gratuity Charge: Except for Angler's Cove and Bess, a voluntary and customary lodging gratuity is added for the convenience of our guests. A 3% Lodging Gratuity Charge is applied to Housekeeping guests. A 7% Gratuity Charge is applied to Modified American Plan guests to cover lodging gratuities only.
Dining Room Gratuities are not included and may be given at each meal, or if more convenient, to the front desk during check-out and we will be happy to distribute it for you.
- Housekeeping: Includes kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. Fresh towels are available daily.
- Bagged Lunch: $7.50
- Cable TV: All cabins are equipped with cable TV with VCR.
- Telephone: Two phones are available in the lobby.
- Rollaway Beds: If needed, rollaways are available for an additional fee of $20.00 per day.
- Pets: Guests are expected to pick up after and control pets while on premises and are responsible for any damages that might occur. A $10.00 per day fee is charged. No pets in Angler's Cove, Bess, Maple, Syd's Cabin, Luk's Lakeview, Mallard Rock, Cub's and Whataview. Please visit our Pet Policy Page.
- Deposits: An advance of one night’s rate is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation and is applied to the last day of your scheduled stay.
- Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is less than 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation. Returned deposits are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
